How quickly do you ship the product I order? |
During business hours, if received early in the day we
usually ship the product the same day as the order is received. Orders
received late in the day are shipped the following business day.

We ship throughout the USA routinely. If you have
an international order, please email us to verify we can ship to your
location. If we can, we're more than happy to do so and will

How do I return a product?
What is your return policy? |
All sales are final. Within 14-day of purchase, products may be returned for store credit only.
We can accept un-worn, un-washed merchandise in new condition for a store credit or exchange. You need
to contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number or
we will not accept your package. The RMA must be
clearly marked on the outside of your box or it will not be accepted at our
receiving dock.
Returns should be sent via traceable carrier (such as
FedEx or UPS) to the address you will receive when you get your RMA.
Items should be carefully packaged for shipment. Please do not send
items without an RMA number!
We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it does
not adhere to our return policy guidelines. |

Do you offer gift wrapping? |
Yes, for an additional fee of $3.00, we will gift wrap any
merchandise from our website and attach an attractive gift note with your
message. In addition, we will not send any paperwork which
includes pricing details to the gift recipient. |
